How to Scale Your Agency

How to do it

  1. Configure your agency's DNA → Create the context base that will feed all AI agents with your personality, audience, and product/service
  2. Create niche-specific DNAs → Duplicate and adapt the "Audience" for each client segment (e.g., fashion ecommerce, electronics ecommerce). Do the same for any DNA "P"
  3. Organize folders by funnel/campaign → Save all outputs (landing pages, ads, copies) in dedicated folders to keep everything centralized
  4. Clone your clients on the platform → Use kickoff meetings or audios to capture information and create each client's complete DNA
  5. Structure deliverables in folders by client → Keep all material for each client organized for team quick access

Validation: Ask the client to review the generated DNA. If they say "it looks like I wrote this myself", it's perfect.

  • DNA is everything: The quality of what you put in the DNA (especially in "Brand Voice") determines whether the copy will seem generic or personalized
  • Use audio for briefing: Ask clients for audios or record the kickoff meeting - you'll have much more authentic input than written responses
  • Separate DNA by different offer: Same agency can have different DNAs if selling both recurring service and mentoring
  • Don't mix very different audiences: Doctors and dentists need separate DNAs, even being in the health area
  • Always review: Even automated, look over what was generated before sending to the client
